Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward?
When life transitions, loss, or emotional pain leave you feeling disconnected, therapy can be a place to pause and reconnect.
I help those dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges using an attachment-oriented approach that integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with somatic approaches. My work is grounded in the belief that connection with nature supports nervous system regulation and nourishes the spirit.
what to expect
During sessions, we may walk side by side, sit quietly among trees, or reflect together in stillness - allowing the natural world to be our guide. Nature-based sessions take place in public and private green spaces throughout the year.
In addition, I have offices in Fort Washington and Whitemarsh for use as needed or during inclement weather. For those unable to meet in person, I offer virtual nature-based sessions that integrate sensory awareness and mindfulness. Outside of my work, I cherish time spent in nature with my children, creating art, building community, moving through yoga and dance, and learning to play the violin.
