Individual therapy offers dedicated space to explore what’s happening in your life—at your pace, in relationship with nature. Sessions may take place outdoors, in-office, or virtually, integrating somatic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

Groups and community events create opportunities for connection, reflection, and shared experience. These offerings blend nature immersion, guided practices, and facilitated conversation - supporting belonging, growth, and care beyond individual therapy.
Groups are open to anyone interested in practicing mindfulness and deepening their relationship with nature; you do not need to be a therapy client to attend. All experience levels welcome - from beginners to seasoned meditators - and activities are designed to be accessible for a wide range of abilities. I offer workshops, consultation, and trainings for organizations, professionals, and communities seeking integrative, nature-based approaches to wellbeing. Nature-based worked IS preventative care. Corporate wellness offerings may focus on stress, burnout, nervous system regulation, resilience, sustainable care, and more.
